CAROL PAYNE

Honors & Recognitions

Carol is a member of the Society of Decorative Painters (SDP) and an active member of the local chapter, Penn's Woods Painters.   Carol teaches at SDP National Conferences, is a travel teacher, conducts classes locally in Central Pennsylvania. She also participates in many art shows through the years earning honors with her paintings.
